Lacrosse with Matt Ogelsby G4-G5

Coach Matt & the RAE Lax team introduce and “jumpstart” a player’s love and passion for the wonderful sport of lacrosse
in a fun and safe environment. Boys and Girls are encouraged to sign up!

• They break down the game into the simplest parts and teach the mechanics & methodology to achieve better outcomes when scooping, cradling, throwing, dodging, shooting, defending etc.
• They encourage Reps, Reps, and more Reps! Repetition of a skill and continually doing things the correct way fires and rewires the brain to form great new habits that players can apply on and off the field!
• They get amongst it with fun drills and finish training with games incorporating and highlighting a Skill/ Topic of the Day.
• They emphasize the importance of a positive team culture and living RAE (Respect * Attitude * Effort) on and off the field. These are all things within a player’s control that create a great first impression!

RAE Lax provides lacrosse sticks if needed. NO hitting or pads –
ONLY Presence, Energy & Enthusiasm Required!
