MASTER THE FUNDAMENTALS - RAE breaks down the game into its simplest elements and teach the mechanics, methodology, and strategies needed to excel at: Scooping, Cradling, Throwing, Dodging, Shooting, Defending, and more!

RAE MINDSET - RAE focuses on the core values of the RAE Mindset: Respect * Attitude * Effort. These essential character traits are within every player's control and help build confidence on and off the field. Our program teaches players how to be effective leaders and supportive teammates.

REPETITION IS KEY - RAE encourages players to get REPS, REPS & MORE REPS! Consistent repetition of lacrosse, character & team skills helps fire and wire the brain and establishes strong habits that benefit players long-term.

ENGAGING SKILLS, DRILLS & FUN GAMES – RAE curates drills and skills that focus on the Topic of the Day, followed by small-sided games that highlight coaching points.
